Provides grocery delivery services to vulnerable youth and young adults in the Hamilton area with barriers to food bank access. Delivers free groceries, clothing, hygiene products, baby supplies, and resource connections.

A weekly worship service offered on Sunday afternoons. Includes lunch, a reading, songs in line with the week's message, and prayer time. Open to all opinions and beliefs, and open for anyone to ask questions.
A monthly workshop offered by a Health Settlement Counselor from Counselor-Refugee Services to provide an overview of the Canadian Healthcare System and explanations of how newcomers can learn to navigate within it.
A shared accommodation residence which houses four people with high care needs. Provides 24-hour attendant services, advocacy, and extensive life skills training to adults with physical disabilities.
