A free confidential telephone service offering information about workplace health and safety available to all Canadians.

Offers walk-in medical care for patients with urgent health concerns that cannot wait for a family doctor. Staffed by emergency room doctors and provides care for a range of issues including minor broken bones, respiratory illnesses, and minor infections. Also houses Hamilton Health Science's preoperative clinic and special immunology clinic.

Services designed to help newcomer, immigrant, and refugee women address their unique needs through community resources and referrals, short term sessional counseling, and workshops.

Supports and services offered: 

Lynwood Charlton Centre is a child and youth mental health service provider, funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and the Ministry of Health.

Skilled and compassionate VON professionals provide information, education, and emotional support to family caregivers. Caregiver Support groups are available virtually and in-person.

CASE provides support to those who are at risk, involved in, or exiting human trafficking situations.

A three-storey multi-agency building which houses all of the city's fire, police, and EMS divisions in one complex, as well as the emergency management and preparedness division. The Multi-Agency Training Academy consists of three components: a multi-storey building and indoor training facility for fire, police, primary response, and emergency preparedness, an outdoor training tower, and a working fire and EMS station.
