The Ontario Works program helps people in temporary financial need find sustainable employment and achieve self-reliance through the provision of effective, integrated employment services and financial assistance.

Assistance includes:

An entity within the Hamilton-Wentworth District School board that acts as a resource and museum for school memorabilia, artifacts, photographs, documents and other items for Hamilton and Wentworth County schools dating back to the mid 1800s.

Volunteers assist residents in day-to-day activities, provide companionship, and raise funds. Volunteers can be involved in activities such as recreational programs, friendly visiting, and other special events and in-house services.

A program for adults to earn high school credits though 6-week programs using Ontario Secondary School curriculum as per Ministry of Education guidelines.

Offers recreational t-ball and baseball programs for youth, and a slo-pitch league for adults. New members of all skill levels welcome.
