Friendly visits and/or telephone reassurance for persons who are living in their own home/apartment or recovering from hospital stays.
A weekly dining program for older adults, offering a home-cooked meal and social engagement. Lunch is followed by an afternoon program including live music, guest speakers, games, and more.
Emergency food bank providing food and personal hygiene items to individuals and families.
Offers income tax preparation assistance for newcomers and people with a modest income, and ensures residents are aware of the federal and provincial supports available to them.
