Provides services surrounding provincial driver's licences and ID cards. Services include:
A housing program supporting individuals experiencing episodic or chronic homelessness in acquiring and maintaining safe, affordable, and stable housing in Hamilton.
Provides information, counselling, and programs on alcohol, drugs, and gambling.
Services include:
Offers in-centre program services, providing life skills, wellness, and socialization, as well as online programming, facilitating activities, stories, exercise, and connecting with friends.
Programs include:
Street Outreach Services that engage individuals who are experiencing mental illnesses and are homeless or living in shelters. City of Hamilton Mental Health and Street Outreach staff work in the community at many locations.
Provides current information for all schedules, routes, and fares.
Provides information about and administers provincial tax laws and benefits for the Hamilton region. Available by appointment only.
Provides services surrounding provincial licences for fishing and hunting. Services include:
Protects, promotes, and supports the best interest of children. A person must personally make a report to a children’s aid society if they have reasonable grounds for suspecting:
