Volunteers at Hamilton Health Sciences support patients in many different programs across the hospitals, from children’s to seniors’ care. Placements are offered in both clinical and common areas of the hospital.

A free helpline that provides information on asthma, COPD, and lung cancer. Educators guidance on a variety of lung health concerns including breathing conditions, smoking cessation counselling, and indoor and outdoor air quality issues.

A weekly clinic for trans and gender non-conforming Hamiltonians, working with people wherever they are on their gender transition journey. The clinic facilitates gender transitioning and hormone therapy for people 18 years and older.
