A Community Justice Worker attends court daily and works with the offender and the Crown on referrals for diversion. The Community Justice Worker works collaboratively to determine, implement, and monitor sanctions, which may include:
Provides driver companions to transport and accompany older adults to and from medical appointments, shopping centres, grocery stores, visiting friends, and other errands.
Provides geriatric dental care to patients at St. Peter's Hospital, residents of long term care facilities, and seniors in the community.
Provides gently used medical equipment (walkers, crutches, air casts, tub transfer seats etc.) to borrow after surgery or medical stay. Donations of these items in gently used working order are accepted during open hours.
Accredited long-term care home offering nursing and personal care on a 24-hour basis.

Provides counselling, education, and harm reduction services to individuals who use drugs. Offers practical support and community referrals.
A temporary emergency shelter, providing a safe and respectful community environment to individuals, couples, and people with pets.
Representing business and business interests of Hamilton and promoting the community through collaboration with other city agencies. Maintains a directory of Hamilton businesses.
