Provides mental health and addictions services that are culturally safe for all members of the urban indigenous community.
Services include:
- Counselling for children and youth (6-24 years), as well as adults.
- Outreach Case Management & Navigation Services is available to anyone (age 10+) to provide a holistic range of supports to individuals, families, and community, to ensure that the needs of the community are met.
- Peer Support is available (age 16+) to provide support and hope for recovery from the perspective of someone with lived experience of mental health and/or addictions.

Eligibility
Indigenous peoples (First Nations, Metis, Inuit) and their families or individuals who self-identify as connected to Indigenous heritage that are involved in the health system. Some programs have specific age requirements, contact or visit for more details.
