Healthy Communities Strategy Services

Provides and promotes opportunities to learn and make healthy lifestyle choices with a focus on environmental and policy approaches to increasing activity rates, healthy eating, tobacco use cessation, cancer prevention, and screening.  A part of the Healthy Environments division of the Public Health Services department of the City of Hamilton.

  • Cycling and pedestrian safety
  • Prevention of substance misuse
