Hub (The) Youth Program

Empowers high-risk youth by interrupting cycles of violence, exploring interpersonal relationships, and providing wraparound supports. Services include:

  • 24/7 Violence Interruption, Prevention, and Crisis Support - credible messengers attend scenes of violence at all hours to help mitigate and resolve conflict with peaceful and restorative solutions
  • Justice System Support - supports youth involved in the criminal justice system with system navigation, custody support, and release planning
  • Youth Drop-In Program - provides youth with a space to gather for food, meaningful discussions, and connection
  • Case Management
