Bounceback Program

Skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association. Designed to help adults and youth experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, or worry. This program is delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos. Clients can learn practical tips on managing mood, sleeping better, building confidence, increasing activity, problem solving, and healthy living.

Application Instructions

Referral from family doctor or nurse practitioner required. Referral forms available online. Completed forms should be emailed to bb-referral@cmha-yr.on.ca or faxed to 905-430-1768. Self-referral must include the contact information for one's primary care provider
