Provides one-on-one support to job seekers with self-disclosed disabilities with the goal of gaining and maintaining meaningful employment. Supports business owners with implementing accessible hiring practices. Assists employers with transition of job ready clients with disabilities into the workplace. Services include:
- job coaching
- work placements
- industry-specific certifications
- first Aid/CPR and WHMIS training
- wage subsidies for job placements
This program is funded by the Government of Canada through the Opportunities Fund.
