Serves street-involved youth ages 16-21 in Hamilton, meeting youth at various residential and non-residential programs within Good Shepherd Youth Services and the Street Youth Planning Collaborative (SYPC).
Program offers:
- Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments
- Evidence-Informed Individual/Family Counselling and Therapy to support Youth and their Families (*families as defined by the youth) with their mental health and wellness
- Connections with consulting Psychiatrists, Psychologists, & Primary Healthcare Practitioners
- Care Coordination, Case Management, and Advocacy
- Support for 2SLGBTQ+ Youth
- Peer Supports
- Peer Family Supports
- Wellness Toolkit Programming (*DBT-informed)
- Staff Capacity Building and Training for Good Shepherd Youth Services staff and SYPC Agencies.
